We offer a variety of loft conversions that will meet your requirements. When space is limited this is a great way of adding that much-needed space and increasing that value of your home. Contact AS Homes: we work throughout Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas.

Velux / Rooflight loft conversion
This type of loft conversion tends not to require planning permission, unless you live in a conservation area. If you have the space available to you, this will prove to be a very cost effective way of creating that much needed space.
Dormer loft conversion
A dormer conversion is carried out by raising a section of the rear roof. This creates more headroom and floor space in the loft. Depending on the size of your loft space you can add one or two extra bedrooms with a luxurious en-suite bathroom.

Hip to gable loft conversion
This is an ideal solution for those with a hipped roof. The gable end is built up in matching brickwork, render or tile hung, creating much more room in the loft space. This is often incorporated with a rear dormer to maximise the space available.
Mansard loft conversion
Named after a 17th century French architect, this type of loft conversion maximises the space available. Its a great way of adding another storey to your property. This loft conversion is constructed with two slopes on each side. The lower slopes are almost vertical, while the upper is pitched with the minimum to allow water shed.
